Beer. Snack. Wasm. Chat.

Thanks for signing up to join us for our NYC Wasm Hangout - we're looking forward to enjoying a Happy Hour drink with you.

On Tuesday, March 21st, 2023, join Cosmonic CEO and wasmCloud founder Liam Randall, CTO Kevin Hoffman, and Brooks Townsend for a drink, snack and a deep dive on why WebAssembly (Wasm) is turning traditional enterprise application development completely on its head.

Hear more from Liam, and his team, on the rapid rise of WebAssembly, CNCF wasmCloud, and his latest startup Cosmonic - the enterprise platform for building, operating, scaling, and maintaining distributed applications across diverse hardware.

Why Wasm?

Cloud native WebAssembly (Wasm) was born of an inconvenient truth: modern application development is frustrating, particularly when building distributed apps. Complexity is growing, particularly as multi-cloud and edge strategies mature.

Ultimately, developers don’t care about the choice of architecture. What they do care about is going from ‘I have an idea’ to running code quickly and everywhere.

Liam co-founded wasmCloud, a CNCF project, which is quickly becoming a standard way to build applications quickly that run securely everywhere with WebAssembly. His new startup, Cosmonic, has developed the Cosmonic PaaS, a lightweight, low-boilerplate platform that radically simplifies the development lifecycle.

wasmCloud is used by banks in multi-cloud deployments, defense contractors, power utilities, auto manufacturers, and more - with over 125 enterprise contributors, it is quickly becoming the de facto way to develop cloud-native apps.

All are welcome!

Thank you!
Liam and In Sik
